Dear Mr. Sibbald,

I recently had all the canvas on my boat replaced by Scottie's and would like to say I'm very pleased with the work of Scottie's Canvas.

I have owned the boat for twenty years and have replaced the canvas four times, the job done by your company was the best workmanship of all previous jobs. The seams were straight, the glass heights matched and my special requests were completed without problems.

Your employee, Bert, was on time to meet me to discuss the job, the estimate came promptly, and I felt was fair for the work done. He promptly called me back to discuss changes as the job progressed and always listened top what I wanted and made some helpful suggestions.

I would without question, if it was necessary to replace or repair this canvas, request that both your techs Joyce and Rachel be assigned to my work order.

I was trying to figure this out by weighing a yard of vinyl and taking that amount and using it times the rest of the weight of the roll. I received my boat cover yesterday and i'm more than completely 100% satisfied with it. The quality is outstanding and the material is more than I had expected. Plus you included tie down ropes.

On behalf of the Washington (State) Reflexology Association, I would like to thank you for your generous donation of a lafuma recliner for our state conference. The chair was raffled at the meeting and the lucky recipient was the president of our state organization. She plans to order a carrying case and several others expressed interest in the chairs. I personally own the lafuma recliner and use it for reflexology. Both clients and I are very pleased with the chair\'s usefulness and comfort.

To Whom It May Concern:

I ordered a boat cover at the first of February and, unfortunately, it was the wrong boat. Thanks to your expedient response and great costumer service I was sent a paid for UPS mailing slip to return the wrong cover and get the new one. The packing slip, addressed to April Fisher of Carver Industries, was sent out Tuesday February 25. When I ordered my original boat cover I ordered it with tie downs, of which I received, and didn't return in the package to Carver Industries. Just a confirmation I do have those, and you don't have to re-send them. Again, your costumer satisfaction has been top-notch, and would recommend you again.

UPS arrived about a half hour ago and didn't ask for any C.O.D. payment so I guess we are OK. I haven't tried it yet but based on the size shown on the box, it should fit. The promised tie downs were not in the box though. They would be nice to have but I can live without them I guess. John, you have been very understanding through all of this and once more, I
want to thank you for your help. Internet purchasing, especially across borders is risky at best and it would have been easy for you to say "screw it" and I would have had no recourse worth taking. You didn't and if there is some way you can use this as a testimonial please feel free to do so.

Just received my awning shipped via Emery. Thanks for the quick shipping. . I just ordered it June 29 (last Thursday)

I’ll install it before our trip next week.

I took it out of the shipping tube and it looks great. I’ve already had three co-workers with pop-up campers ask me where I got my awning and how much it was. You might be getting some more orders in the near future.
